March Spice Club: Rosemary

Do you love to cook and want to try new flavors and recipes? Stop by the library and pick up this month’s Spice Club Kit, available on Monday, March  13.

In March, we are cooking with rosemary which has a distinctive taste:  woodsy with a touch of pepper. We’ve included recipes to get you through the Ides of March, St. Patrick’s Day, and March Madness, along with tips on how to dry and store the herb.

Registration is not required, but supplies are limited. Spice Kits can be picked up at the Main Circulation Desk, on a first come, first served basis.

This program, generously supported by the Friends of the Greenfield Public Library, is free and intended for ages 13 and over.
